Former Texas Rush Player: College Soccer Success

Mitchell Cardenas began playing with Texas Rush in 2005 as a U14 player and continued with the club until he graduated high school. His last year with Texas Rush, Mitchell had the opportunity to play on the club's first U.S. Soccer Development Academy team and was the recipient of the 2009 Texas Rush Award of Excellence. Fall 2009, Mitchell began his college career as a student-athlete at Campbell University. We are proud to share his accomplishments and wish him continued success!
Mitchell Cardenas named Big South men’s soccer attacking player of the week...
"Cardenas, a junior from Mexico City, Mexico, tallied four goals and an assist to lead his Camels to a 2-0 Big South record last week. He was in on every goal in the 3-1 win over Liberty on Oct. 25 as he kicked in a pair of goals and dished out an assist." [Read more]
