Recruitment looks bright for the Texas Rush…….
The club recently added five boys from El Salvador (FESA) and one from Gambia to be placed within the United States Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) as part of the club’s International Exchange Program. The club is now seeking talent from all corners of the world and will continue to provide opportunities for players to gain further education in their athletic and academic endeavors. The following players have arrived in The Woodlands, TX and will compete for the club:
- Giovanni Zavaleta (‘94) San Salvador, El Salvador- Left Center Back Club / Federation: Escuela de Futbol de San Salvador F.C. (FESA), El Salvador Men’s National Team (U17)
- Miguel Avendano Alvarez (’93) Puerto de Acajutla, El Salvador- Goalkeeper Club / Federation: Federacion Educando a un Salvadoreno (FESA)
- Edgardo Mira (’93) San Salvador, El Salvador- Attacking Midfielder Club / Federation: Federacion Educando a un Salvadoreno (FESA)
- Diego Coca (’94) San Salvador, El Salvador- Attacking Mid/ Forward Club / Federation: 2005-2011- Federacion Educando a un Salvadoreno (FESA), El Salvador Men’s National Team (U15 & U17)
- Kevin Barahona (’94) San Sebastian San Vicente, El Salvador- Defensive Midfielder Club / Federation: 2005-2011- Federacion Educando a un Salvadoreno (FESA),El Salvador Men’s National Team (U15 & U17)
