2012 Camp Programs
Texas Rush Soccer Club is delighted to offer various camp opportunities for players of all ages and abilities. Camps are not exclusive to current members, any child is welcome. Read below about the exciting programs we will offer. Registration is Open!
"Camp of Champions" (ages 3-12)
Providing a game based approach to learning, coaches place players in small sided competitions in order to challenge them technically, tactically, physically and psychologically. Players form teams and compete in a WORLD CUP TOURNAMENT. Prizes are awarded for individual and team success. One of the most fun and popular camps of the year.
(Ages 7-12)
Dates & Times
June 11 - 14 (June 15 rainout)
Morning Camp: 8:00am - 10:30am
Evening Camp: 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Location - Bear Branch Soccer Fields, The Woodlands
Cost - $150 (includes camp t-shirt)
(Ages 3-6)
Coaches teach young players the fundamentals of the sport, using fun soccer related games in a disguised learning environment.

Location - Bear Branch Soccer Fields, The Woodlands
Cost - $80 (includes camp t-shirt)
"Summer Shooting & Goalkeeping Camp" (ages 7-18)
Combining goalkeepers and goal-scorers, sessions primarily work on shooting / finishing for field players, and shot-stopping for Keepers. Each session, the players will seperate for technical training, with specially qualified coaches, then come together at the end for game realistic competitions. Who will prevail, the STRIKERS or KEEPERS??

9:45am - 11:15am (ages 13-18)
Location - Alden Bridge Sports Park, Hwy 242, The Woodlands
Cost - $150 (includes camp t-shirt)
"Summer Skills Program" (ages 3-12)
The goal of this camp is individual player development. Groups are split according to ability to provide a competitive learning environment. Activities will be appropriate for age and ability, they will cover the technical and tactical aspects of the game while providing players the opportunity to test their skills and decision making in small sided games.

8:00am - 9:30am (ages 7-12)

Cost - Ages 3-6 pay $160, Ages 7-12 pay $195 (cost includes camp t-shirt)
"Pre Season Training Camp" (ages 7-18)
The Texas Rush professional coaches will provide intense technical, tactical & fitness training. The emphasis of this camp is for staff to prepare all players for the fall tournaments and 2012 / 2013 league season.

Nike Players: August 6 - 9 (August 10 rainout)
Swoosh Players: August 13 - 16 (August 17 rainout)
Youth Academy Players: August 13 - 16 (August 17 rainout)

Cost - $130 (includes Nike soccer ball)
"Winter Shooting & Goalkeeping Camp" (ages 7-16)
